Is a box the same as therapy?
No. The boxes are support tools (a guide, some activities, a prompt) meant to give a family something to do together on a hard day. They aren’t therapy and buying one doesn’t start a counseling relationship. If therapy is what you’re looking for, start here. For families who want more than a box, Bryna also offers ADHD therapy and anxiety therapy.
What’s the difference between a digital download and a shipped box?
A digital download is a set of files you print at home. You get them right after you check out, and nothing arrives in the mail. A shipped box is a physical box we pack and mail to you, with a book and a stuffie or fidget inside. Every box on this page says which it is, and the four $29.99 Unbox Your Feelings boxes are the ones that ship.
My loss just happened. Which box should I start with?
New Grief. It’s built for the first weeks, and along with the guides and activities it includes tip sheets and information about what mourning actually asks of a person. If the hard part ahead of you is a specific date (a holiday, or the anniversary), there’s a box for that day too.
Can I buy a box if I’m not in Texas?
Yes. The digital boxes are just files. You will buy them on Etsy and download them from anywhere in the world. The four shipped boxes ship anywhere in the US; the listing will show you what shipping looks like for your address at checkout.
