Hello! I’m Bryna, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in DFW. I specialize in working with children, teens, adults and families who are grieving the loss of a loved one. With personal experience and an extensive knowledge in the subject of grief, I decided to start my career in the mental health field in order to connect with and help those who are on their own journey with grief.

I am passionate about raising awareness and starting conversations on grief. Grief is something all of us will experience in our lifetime, but is often an avoided subject. My hope is to change that through my therapy practice, speaking engagements, and by spreading general awareness in daily interactions.
